- A name that doesn't match the number, or no number at all.
- Give a reason, such as money being tight.
This is just a demo
Saige checks three made-up records and nothing is cancelled. A live version would be unlikely to connect to your CRM or cancel payments in Stripe. It would act more as a voice note-taker, capturing the supporter's details, reason for cancelling and any signs of hardship, then passing a clear summary to your team to action.
The same approach can also run over email.
With further development:
The same flow could be tailored to your own processes, sending your team a summary of every call and handling the same conversations by email. Any connection to your systems would need its own review.
